PRIVACY POLICY

Your roster stays on your device.

Championry doesn't collect, sell, or share your personal data. This policy explains, in plain language, what happens to information in the app and on this website.

Last updated October 7, 2026 · Covers the Championry app for iPhone and iPad and championry.app

The short version

Information stored on your device

Championry keeps the champions you add, their ratings and build details, your team feedback, and your preferences in the app's own storage on your device. Championry never sends this information anywhere, and we can't see it.

If you back up your device with iCloud or a computer, iOS may include the app's data in that backup. Apple and you manage those backups, not us. Deleting Championry removes its data from your device.

Roster screenshots

To import a roster, you choose screenshots with the iOS photo picker. Championry receives only the images you select and has no access to the rest of your photo library. The screenshots are analyzed on your device to recognize champions and are held in memory only while you review the results. The app doesn't save them or send them anywhere.

Sharing team cards

When you share a team as an image, iOS shows its share sheet and you decide where the image goes. The app, service, or person you share it with handles it under their own policies. If you save the image to Photos, iOS asks for permission to add photos. That permission lets Championry add images to your library, not view it.

Purchases

Apple handles in-app purchases. We never see your name, Apple Account, or payment details. Championry checks your purchase status with Apple on your device to unlock content. Apple's practices are described in the Apple Privacy Policy.

Information Apple shares with developers

Apple gives app developers aggregated statistics, such as downloads, App Store page views, and sales. If you've chosen to share analytics with app developers, Apple may also share crash reports and usage statistics. This information doesn't identify you, and you can turn it off in Settings → Privacy & Security → Analytics & Improvements.

Championry may occasionally show Apple's standard prompt to rate the app. Ratings and reviews go to the App Store, and we only see what Apple publishes.

When you email us

Support and data-correction links in the app open your own mail app with a draft. The draft may include technical details such as the app version, the champion data version, your iOS version, or the champion you're reporting. You can read and edit it first, and nothing is sent unless you send it.

If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you include. We use it only to reply and to fix what you reported. We don't add you to a mailing list or share your email with anyone, and you can ask us to delete your messages at any time.

This website

championry.app has no accounts, cookies, analytics, advertising, or tracking scripts, and it doesn't load fonts or scripts from other sites. The interactive demo runs entirely in your browser with example rosters, and nothing you select is sent anywhere.

Like any website, our hosting provider's servers record standard request logs, such as IP address, browser type, the page requested, and the time, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. We don't use these logs to identify or track visitors, and they're kept only for the host's limited retention period.

App Store links on this site carry a campaign tag, so Apple's aggregated reports can show how many people found Championry here.

Children

Championry doesn't collect personal data from anyone, including children.

Your choices

We don't hold any app data about you, so there's nothing for us to access, export, or delete on your behalf. Your roster is fully under your control in the app. If you've emailed us, you can ask for a copy of that correspondence or for us to delete it, wherever you live.

Changes to this policy

If Championry's practices ever change, we'll update this page before the change ships and update the App Store privacy details to match. The date at the top shows the latest revision.
